Squats for building lean thigh muscles

The temperature reached 30C two days in a row. Long walks on such warm days days, tight jeans or shorts are just not going to work. Wearing long loose pants or shorts are not an option anymore, it becomes a must. And to prevent further excess sweating, working on thigh lean muscles is ever so important. Here are a few squat exercsies that should keep the thighs in check and build lean muscle.

  • Goblet squat.
  • Cossack squat.
  • Split squat.
  • Squat jacks.
