42 Day Workout Plan – Day 1
Don’t worry if you barely workout at all! Also if you are experienced with plenty of different workout programs, give this one a go. It will only take 20 minutes in total every day and last for 42 days. Not a bad price to get in shape for a late summer beach vacation, eh?
Here’s what I want you to do throughout the day, in three different campaigns, morning, afternoon, and evening..
This should take maximum five minutes of your precious time.
Before or after your breakfast (you choose), it time for squatting exercises.
Start out with 2 sets of 20 squats. You will workout your core, hamstrings, gluteus maximus, and quadriceps.
Now it’s time for 2 sets of 20 lunges.
Put your trainers on and choose an area where you can jog and walk without any traffic.
Now go for a quick walk for 2 minutes.
Then start jogging for another 2 minutes.
Now complete the circuit by sprinting for 1 minute.
Repeat this again so that you in total have put 10 minutes into walking and jogging.
End the exercise by doing 3 sets of 10 abdominal core crunches. You can do this! Just remember to do it in your own pace. This should take you about five minutes.
You have just worked out your legs, core, hamstrings, gluteus maximus, and quadriceps in 20 minutes in one day!
Here comes the final and very important part! You need to write down and remember which exercises were easiest for you and which felt really difficult! Please do this, as this will be vital as we progress into the 42 day workout plan.
The exercises and interval training you continue with will depend on your own personal progress. You are only competing with yourself. Oh and that fine beach you’ll be going to after you have completed this fitness plan.
